These links represent all the early Canadian football rule books I've been able to find elsewhere online to date. Unfortunately, this list is much shorter than the versions I'll eventually get around to making for American football and rugby.
1873 - The Foot Ball Association of Canada. Though published in Canada in 1876, this document appears to simply contain the 1873 version of the Rugby Football Union (of England) laws of the game, save for the omission of a diagram showing the plan of the field.
1874 - McGill University Foot-Ball Club. Printed in Harvard University's student newspaper The Magenta, at the request of Harvard's football club. Though the rules are based (somewhat loosely) on the RFU rules, to my knowledge this is the earliest surviving set of football rules drafted in Canada.
1880 - Canadian Rugby Football Union. These rules are based on earlier versions of the RFU rules, but include new aspects as well. This is likely the earliest (or at least earliest surviving) attempt to draft standardized rules specifically for Canadian rugby.
Note: the CRFU would disband later in the decade. In 1891, the Canadian Rugby Union was formed to take its place; the CRU eventually became today's Football Canada.
1884 - CRFU (also lists, but does not incorporate, 1885 changes). Here, the divergence from the RFU's "English Rugby" really starts to expand. These rules introduce a full system of points including the rouge and the safety touch, as well as the 110x65 yard field we still have today (though the depth of end zones wouldn't be defined until later).
1885 - CRFU (with omissions). The 1885 CRFU rules (incorporating the amendments mentioned above), as published by the Montreal Amateur Athletic Association. This version omits the "plan of the field" diagram and any references to it, as well as a sportsmanship statement appended to the end of the rules. Those can both be found at the 1884 link above.
1904 - Manitoba Rugby Football Union. Sadly, the next-oldest rule book I've been able to find after 1885. There's a text version of the rules elsewhere on this site, but the scanned file at the Internet Archive also includes additional information, such as the MRFU's constitution.
1909 - Canadian Rugby Union. The link is to Frank Cosentino's master's thesis titled "A History of Canadian Football 1909-1968", which reprinted the 1909 rules in an appendix. As the title suggests, there is a wealth of Canadian football historical information included beyond the rule book.
1910 - Canadian Intercollegiate Rugby Football Union. As of this posting, the newest complete set of rules for Canadian football that I've found online until the era when leagues started posting rules on their websites.
1929 - Canadian Rugby Union (partial only). The first part of the 1929 rules, as printed in a game program for the Alberta Rugby Union. A note says the remainder will be printed in the next two issues of the program, but I have not found copies of those issues. This excerpt consists mostly of defining terms and basic elements of the game like field size. This includes a definition of the "onside or modified forward Pass", which was introduced to Canada on an experimental basis that season.
